This is a great main dish and is….Simply Filling!!! (For my Weight Watcher friends) Give it a try. I sometimes serve it with a sweet potato. Enjoy, and hand it down!
Ground Turkey Patties on Romaine
1 lb 99% fat free ground turkey
1/2 C onion finely chopped
2 T jalapeno finely chopped
1 T mustard (Whatever you like. Might want to try some stone ground.)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray. Form ground turkey into 4 patties and cook until done completely.
Serve on top of torn romaine leaves with thinly sliced red onions.
